Provide Level 1 and 2 support for Hexagon EAM users, resolving issues, managing user access, and maintaining data integrity.
Monitor and maintain integration interfaces between Hexagon EAM and SAP, ensuring data synchronization and resolving integration issues.
Collaborate to translate business requirements into system configurations, support deployment of new features, perform system maintenance, and document support processes.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 6 years overall experience with at least 3+ years supporting Hexagon EAM in production.
Hands-on experience with SAP integration (PM and MM modules) and middleware tools such as SAP PI/PO or MuleSoft.
English language proficiency required.

Deep expertise in Hexagon (formerly Infor) EAM implementation, configuration, and asset management workflows.
Experience working in manufacturing or heavy industry environments reflecting domain expertise.
Strong technical skills including EAM backend configuration, SQL, data integration, and system administration for effective cross-functional collaboration.
