About This Role
- Engage with process leads, system owners, and stakeholders to gather, define, and manage business requirements and evaluate digital solution options.
- Work closely with project delivery teams during implementation to ensure alignment with business requirements and specifications.
- Lead business process implementation and collaborate with Change Manager on adoption strategy including training deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Digital/Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Visio and PowerPoint; trained in Business Process Modeling and Notation.
- Understanding of Agile Project Management methodology.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing stakeholder relationships and facilitating requirement gathering and business process modeling.
- Ability to lead business process implementations and collaborate across teams for change adoption.
- Experience or knowledge in the Mining industry is desirable but not mandatory.
