Engage with process leads, system owners, and stakeholders to gather, define, and manage business requirements and evaluate digital solution options.
Work closely with project delivery teams during implementation to ensure alignment with business requirements and specifications.
Lead business process implementation and collaborate with Change Manager on adoption strategy including training deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Digital/Business Analyst.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Visio and PowerPoint; trained in Business Process Modeling and Notation.
Understanding of Agile Project Management methodology.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing stakeholder relationships and facilitating requirement gathering and business process modeling.
Ability to lead business process implementations and collaborate across teams for change adoption.
Experience or knowledge in the Mining industry is desirable but not mandatory.
