About This Role
- Develop and own end-to-end high-performance C++ software solutions within latency-critical trading technology stack.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, traders, researchers, and quants to deliver production-quality software meeting scalability and maintainability standards.
- Balance performance trade-offs including latency, throughput, simplicity, while working with advanced technologies like C++20, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Apache Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, Python and FPGAs.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-8 years of work experience in C++ software engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent (B.Tech/B.E).
- Fluency in English for effective verbal and written communication.
- Location requirement: Mumbai based team (explicit Mumbai location).

- Experienced in building scalable, latency-sensitive trading or financial systems using C++ and modern software development practices.
- Comfortable working in multidisciplinary and agile teams involving traders, researchers, and quants.
