Lead end-to-end delivery and configuration of Workday Core HCM modules for complex client scenarios.
Manage client engagements including day-to-day relationship management, risk resolution, and acting as a trusted advisor.
Mentor and review junior consultants' work, oversee SIT and UAT quality assurance cycles, and document best practices.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
4–7 years of HRIS experience with at least 3 full-cycle Workday implementation projects.
Mandatory Workday Core HCM Certification.
Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules such as Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or Payroll.
