Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Own gathering and analysis of business requirements for claims management processes in a Guidewire ClaimCenter implementation.
Drive claims transformation initiatives and support end-to-end implementation of Guidewire ClaimCenter, including Cloud projects.
Act as liaison between claims business stakeholders and technical teams during requirement workshops, testing, and deployment support.
Minimum Requirements
7-8 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain and Guidewire implementations.
Must be Guidewire ClaimCenter ACE Certified.
Experience working on at least one Guidewire Cloud implementation project.
Location is flexible/hybrid but must be available for full-time employment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in P&C claims processes including FNOL, claim intake, coverage verification, reserve management, subrogation, litigation management, and claim closure.
Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
Strong collaboration skills demonstrated by working closely with claims business users, product owners, and technical teams across the project lifecycle.
