Senior Officer, GCD Operational Risk and Control

Coordinate and deliver comprehensive reporting, analytics, and governance for Operational Resilience, BCM, Risk, and Control across Global Client Delivery and the Group.

Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and automated reporting to provide actionable insights into resilience performance, risk trends, and control effectiveness.

Administer SharePoint environments ensuring data governance, integrity, efficient information management, and support governance, audit, and regulatory activities.

7+ years of experience in management information reporting, dashboard development, data analytics, and reporting automation.

Hands-on experience administering SharePoint environments including document libraries, metadata, permissions, and workflow support.

Advanced expertise in Power BI, data visualisation, and Microsoft Office reporting tools.

Experience supporting Operational Risk, BCM, and Operational Resilience frameworks involving reporting, governance, and risk management activities.

Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, insightful management information to senior leadership and governance committees.

Experienced in managing structured reporting environments with strong governance discipline and continuous improvement focus.

Skilled in translating complex risk and resilience data into clear, actionable visuals and communications using Power BI and SharePoint.
