Officer 3, Financial Reporting

Lead preparation and review of complex financial statements and disclosures for alternative investment clients across multiple GAAP frameworks including IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP, Lux GAAP, and Canadian GAAP.

Manage timely, accurate delivery of client reporting, coordinate with stakeholders, resolve queries, and uphold service level agreements and quality standards.

Oversee team management including coaching, performance monitoring, workflow planning, compliance with risk management standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business discipline.

At least 6 years of accounting experience, including 2-3 years in supervisory or team leadership roles.

Proven expertise in financial reporting for private equity, hedge funds, real estate, and alternative investment structures across multiple GAAP standards.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, IF functions) and experience with accounting platforms such as Investran or Paxus.

Experienced in managing client deliverables and team performance within financial services or multinational/shared services environments.

Demonstrates strong financial reporting capability across diverse GAAP frameworks relevant to alternative investments.

Holds or is pursuing professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA) and flexible for international travel or secondment opportunities.
