Lead and execute ombudsperson investigations according to policy, including gathering and analyzing evidence to establish facts and findings.
Conduct compliance audits and reviews to identify process and control gaps, performing root-cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.
Prepare investigation and review reports for senior management, track remediation actions to closure, and support compliance policy development and training initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Mandatory qualification: Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner, or Chartered Accountant.
Educational qualification: Associated Chartered Accountant.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in compliance investigations, specifically within a pharmaceutical organization.
Experience with internal investigations into misconduct, fraud, harassment, and legal management including working with external counsel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in pharmaceutical compliance with demonstrated knowledge of industry dynamics and applicable laws/regulations.
Strong expertise in conducting detailed internal investigations using evidence-based techniques and legal management.
Skilled in preparing concise reports and managing stakeholder communication in a complex, matrix environment.
