Develop, configure, and deploy conversational AI solutions using Kore.ai platform with focus on chatbots and AI agents based on XO10, XO11, or Artemis.
Design and implement Agentic AI concepts leveraging LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and integrate these with enterprise applications via REST APIs and JSON.
Troubleshoot production issues, optimize AI response accuracy and performance, and ensure compliance with security and enterprise architecture standards.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years total professional experience.
3+ years hands-on experience with Kore.ai platform including XO10, XO11, or Artemis.
Proficient in JavaScript, Node.js, Python, REST APIs, and JSON.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced developer specifically skilled in Kore.ai conversational AI platform deployment and integration into enterprise environments.
Strong background in Agentic AI architectures, LLMs, RAG, and Prompt Engineering reflecting advanced AI implementation capabilities.
