Support the FBT Customer team in engagement, communications, coordination, and change management activities.
Plan, coordinate, and track change interventions and engagement plans including campaigns, events, and leadership communications to ensure business readiness and initiative adoption.
Collaborate across teams to execute initiatives with measurable impact, provide governance and reporting, and drive continuous improvement aligned with company beliefs.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Arts (English), BBA, or related field.
4–8 years overall work experience with 2–3 years in engagement, change management, event or project management preferred.
Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools.
Work Experience Required: 4–8 years with relevant experience in engagement or change management roles.
