Design and deliver upfront requirements to ensure accurate site payment data across IQVIA proprietary systems.
Serve as point of contact between IT and Payments groups, escalating issues to the System Alignment lead as needed.
Analyze and resolve data flow issues, interpret clinical data and payment triggers to guarantee correct site payments for all IQVIA studies.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree mandatory.
2-3 years of relevant experience in site payments, data flow, system reconciliation, or data analysis, preferably within a CRO site payments environment.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including writing logic statements.
Experience working remotely and communicating complex project information clearly.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience with clinical trial payment systems such as EDC, CTMS, and DrugDev, indicating strong domain knowledge.
Process-oriented mindset capable of identifying root causes and corrective/preventative actions in business or system processes.
Comfortable working in a global, remote environment with multiple internal stakeholders and escalating complex issues appropriately.
