Manage and lead a team of 10-15 members handling general accounting functions for 8-10 complex client portfolios.
Review and ensure timely and accurate monthly financial statements and related workpapers; manage cash, reconcile bank statements, and assist in budget processes.
Coordinate year-end audit preparation, resolve escalations, implement process improvements and maintain process hygiene.
Minimum Requirements
3-4 years of proven team leadership experience managing 10-15 team members.
6-8 years of accounting experience with exposure to US GAAP.
Bachelor's degree in commerce and accounting.
Location: On-site in Hyderabad, Telangana; High proficiency in Excel or real estate related software required.
