Lead successful delivery of corporate interior fitout projects between 10,000 to 100,000+ sq ft, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion with quality and safety standards.
Serve as primary client contact managing expectations, aligning project execution with business objectives throughout project lifecycle.
Oversee project financials including budgeting, cost tracking, change management, and procurement for contractors and vendors.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 7-8 years progressive project management experience; at least 5 years managing commercial interior construction or corporate fitout projects.
Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $1 million.
Location requirement: On-site in Pune, Maharashtra.

Experienced in commercial interior fitout projects with strong technical knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and design documentation.
