Lead the analysis of large, complex internal and external data sets to support business strategy implementation, including data collection, cleaning, exploratory analysis, and application of statistical models and data visualization.
Drive compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies while managing risk and safeguarding the firm, its clients, and assets in business decisions and team oversight.
Minimum Requirements
6-10 years of experience in financial/business analysis and/or credit/risk analysis with demonstrated impact on key business drivers.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
Strong expertise in advanced statistical techniques and their application to business outcomes.
Experience managing teams including planning, budgeting, and staff performance management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven background leading data science or specialized analytics teams within financial services or risk-related domains.
Experience working with marketing, risk, digital, or AML data specializations is advantageous.
