Provide testing support to resolve MRAs/CAPs and Self-Identified Issues across Institutional Credit Management.
Partner with regional and industry stakeholders for issue resolution and risk mitigation across multiple lines of business.
Drive operational consistency by implementing best practices and support digitalization of credit risk processes including leveraging AI/ML tools.
Minimum Requirements
6-9 years of experience in Banking or Financial Industry with demonstrated financial services expertise.
Deep knowledge of Wholesale Credit Processes and Policies covering the Credit Risk Value Chain.
Education: BA/BSc in Finance, Accounting, Business (MBA), CFA or related field.
Strong skills in preparing presentations for senior stakeholders and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing credit risk controls and governance in large financial institutions, with focus on issue resolution and risk mitigation.
