About This Role
- Develop and maintain relationships with Enterprise customers managing up to ~5,000 licensed devices.
- Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews, technical consultancy, and oversee customer support escalations including Root Cause Analysis for Priority 1 cases.
- Manage onboarding, training, documentation, and feedback loops between customers and software development teams to improve product and service delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years in advanced technical roles such as implementation specialist, technical support, or solutions architect with direct customer advocacy in complex IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of mobile technologies including Android, Apple, Windows OS and networking concepts (TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, firewalls).
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration (LDAP/AD) and MS SQL for data retrieval and analysis.
- Excellent English communication skills; fluency in Hindi is a plus.
