Manage and oversee daily operations of the Security Valuations team ensuring adherence to established procedures and control policies across pricing and valuation processes.
Lead and coordinate client interactions including daily and weekly calls, governance meetings, and handle escalations related to security pricing and valuations.
Drive process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the team while providing timely reporting and analytics to senior management.
Minimum Requirements
Masters degree in Finance and Management.
8-12 years of experience in Security Valuations, Pricing for Hedge Funds, Reference Data Setup, or Capital Markets.
Experience managing teams of 10-15 members in a first or second level management role.
Strong knowledge of Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives pricing and valuations; proficiency in Bloomberg, Reuters, and IDC software required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex security pricing operations with demonstrated problem-solving and specialized analytical skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate sizable teams to meet performance metrics and SLA targets under high pressure deadlines.
