Coordinate the review and processing of documentation for opening, closing, converting, renewing, and amending international client securities accounts.
Manage client escalations and collaborate with client service teams and local sub-custodian banks to meet client needs.
Develop and maintain department policies, act as technical resource, and participate in continuous improvement and project initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience with Global Custody Account Opening exposure.
Open to working flexible shift from 5 PM to 2 AM IST.
Ability to understand client documents and familiarity with Multi Currency Horizon platform.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience operating in global securities account operations, particularly in international markets and custody.
Capability to manage escalations and independently prioritize and resolve issues in absence of manager.
Effective communicator comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders including clients, sub-custodians, and internal teams.
