Plan, prepare, execute, and document testing for Transfer Agency application changes to ensure releases meet requirements and quality standards.
Develop test strategies, plans, scenarios, and reusable scripts while maintaining traceability from requirements to outcomes.
Identify, track and support resolution of defects; provide clear test status and quality metrics to stakeholders across multiple concurrent projects.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant software testing, business testing or UAT experience in a comparable role.
Hands-on experience with test planning, execution, defect management, and producing auditable test documentation.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education; preferably in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in testing within financial services or related sectors such as asset servicing, banking, or investment management.
Capable of managing multiple complex projects and priorities with minimal guidance in a distributed, cross-functional environment.
Familiar with Transfer Agency processes, controlled release, production risk, and regulated operating environments.
