About This Role
- Oversee and coordinate daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely processing of goods.
- Manage and develop a team by assigning tasks, monitoring KPIs, training, mentoring, and resolving operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and quality standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Fluent in English (speak, write, read).
- Experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel.

- Experienced in managing fast-paced warehouse or logistics operations focused on inbound and outbound workflows.
