About This Role
- Lead global 24/7 digital operations to ensure continuous service availability with expert incident and problem management.
- Define and embed Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles worldwide, including setting Service Level Objectives and managing error budgets.
- Own strategic oversight and execution of enterprise observability platforms and develop AI/ML-driven predictive operational intelligence within a regulated GxP environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years progressive leadership experience in technology operations, preferably leading global SRE teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field mandatory.
- Proven experience operating technology within a global GxP-regulated environment with compliance and audit readiness.
- Hands-on expertise with public cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and modern observability platforms required.
