Manage and support enterprise infrastructure environments across on-premises and cloud platforms, ensuring availability, performance, and security.
Lead service improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives with measurable business outcomes, including AI/GenAI-driven innovations.
Provide technical leadership and customer engagement for assigned infrastructure services, coordinating global teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent engineering field.
7-12 years of experience in Infrastructure Operations, Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, or Managed Services environments.
Strong experience with on-premises and public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
Experience in 24x7 or globally distributed support models, including operational security controls, automation scripting (Python/PowerShell/Bash), monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Loki), and disaster recovery.
