About This Role
- Lead test and automation strategy for enterprise PLM platforms and associated engineering/manufacturing processes.
- Define and implement scalable end-to-end testing practices including UI, APIs, microservices, cloud, and integrations across multiple PLM systems.
- Provide technical leadership to improve test automation maturity, drive quality metrics, and integrate AI-assisted testing and CI/CD orchestration.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or test automation.
- Strong experience with PLM platforms such as PTC Windchill, Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault ENOVIA / 3DEXPERIENCE, Aras Innovator, or SAP PLM.
- Proficiency with automation tools (e.g., Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, Playwright), CI/CD integration (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins), and quality management tools (e.g., Jira, ALM).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related STEM field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in quality engineering within enterprise PLM or complex engineering/manufacturing software environments.
- Proven ability to integrate modern automation frameworks and AI-enabled testing to transform quality processes at scale.
- Familiar with secure SDLC, compliance, data privacy norms relevant to aerospace or regulated industries, and able to manage global distributed teams.
