Lead test and automation strategy for enterprise PLM platforms and associated engineering/manufacturing processes.
Define and implement scalable end-to-end testing practices including UI, APIs, microservices, cloud, and integrations across multiple PLM systems.
Provide technical leadership to improve test automation maturity, drive quality metrics, and integrate AI-assisted testing and CI/CD orchestration.
Minimum Requirements
12+ years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or test automation.
Strong experience with PLM platforms such as PTC Windchill, Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault ENOVIA / 3DEXPERIENCE, Aras Innovator, or SAP PLM.
Proficiency with automation tools (e.g., Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, Playwright), CI/CD integration (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins), and quality management tools (e.g., Jira, ALM).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related STEM field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader in quality engineering within enterprise PLM or complex engineering/manufacturing software environments.
Proven ability to integrate modern automation frameworks and AI-enabled testing to transform quality processes at scale.
Familiar with secure SDLC, compliance, data privacy norms relevant to aerospace or regulated industries, and able to manage global distributed teams.
