Own the technical authority for Corporate License Hosting server and daemon operations, resolving floating-license server failures within a 4-hour SLA.
Construct and defend Initial and Final Licence Positions by reconciling entitlement with deployment and consumption evidence, including audit defence and savings quantification.
Lead high-risk EULA and clickwrap gating decisions, manage publisher/reseller escalations, drive automation initiatives for repeat work, and set technical standards for Level I and II analysts.
Minimum Requirements
6 to 10+ years in software asset management or software licensing operations as a senior technical escalation point.
Hands-on experience with floating-license servers (e.g., FlexNet), licence configuration editing, daemon/service troubleshooting, and usage metrics analysis.
Proven expertise in licence position construction and audit defense, including EULA and clickwrap legal risk assessment.
Availability for fixed or rotating non-standard shifts including 22:00–06:00 IST (NAMER window).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in complex licence server environments with technical escalation ownership and ability to resolve issues independently within a shift.
Skilled at detailed licence entitlement reconciliation and strong judgement on compliance and legal gating risks.
Able to author and improve automation (e.g., using Python, UiPath) and SOPs to reduce repeat workload and enhance process standards.
