About This Role
- Own the technical authority for Corporate License Hosting server and daemon operations, resolving floating-license server failures within a 4-hour SLA.
- Construct and defend Initial and Final Licence Positions by reconciling entitlement with deployment and consumption evidence, including audit defence and savings quantification.
- Lead high-risk EULA and clickwrap gating decisions, manage publisher/reseller escalations, drive automation initiatives for repeat work, and set technical standards for Level I and II analysts.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 10+ years in software asset management or software licensing operations as a senior technical escalation point.
- Hands-on experience with floating-license servers (e.g., FlexNet), licence configuration editing, daemon/service troubleshooting, and usage metrics analysis.
- Proven expertise in licence position construction and audit defense, including EULA and clickwrap legal risk assessment.
- Availability for fixed or rotating non-standard shifts including 22:00–06:00 IST (NAMER window).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex licence server environments with technical escalation ownership and ability to resolve issues independently within a shift.
- Skilled at detailed licence entitlement reconciliation and strong judgement on compliance and legal gating risks.
- Able to author and improve automation (e.g., using Python, UiPath) and SOPs to reduce repeat workload and enhance process standards.
