About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-cloud enterprise Salesforce implementations with Agile and SAFe methodologies ensuring delivery excellence and strategic governance.
- Manage program-level financial performance, proactively mitigate risks, and align C-suite stakeholders across global accounts.
- Champion AI-first delivery practices and scale Agile delivery architectures across global, cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years in IT consulting/services with 8+ years leading enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations across multiple Clouds.
- Advanced proficiency with AI-augmented productivity tools and a vision for agentic delivery approaches.
- Salesforce Core Consultant Certifications (minimum two): Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant.
- Advanced Project or Scaled Agile Management Certification: PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe SPC, SAFe Agilist, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Senior Scrum Master.

- Proven ability to lead large-scale, integrated Salesforce transformation programs involving multiple clouds and teams globally.
- Strong executive communication skills with experience advising C-suite and managing enterprise steering committees.
- Strategic thinker who can architect portfolio roadmaps, optimize resources globally, and implement delivery governance with quality benchmarks.
