About This Role
- Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure AWS infrastructure and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using Terraform, Chef, and scripting; manage container workloads with ECS and handle production support and incident troubleshooting.
- Contribute to engineering initiatives such as POCs, automation, monitoring improvements, and operational excellence efforts to enhance platform reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps / Site Reliability Engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise with AWS cloud services and CLI, CI/CD tools like Jenkins or TeamCity, Terraform, Chef, scripting (Shell/Python), and container orchestration with ECS.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk or Datadog; proficient in incident handling and production support.
- Work Mode: Hybrid in Bangalore, working US EST timezone. AWS certification preferred but not mandatory.

- Senior-level individual contributor able to rapidly onboard and independently manage automation, reliability, and deployment pipelines and operational issues.
- Comfortable balancing immediate production support with long-term engineering and innovation initiatives.
- Experience working in distributed/global teams with strong ownership and ability to understand product architecture and business workflows.
