About This Role
- Own design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications across frontend, backend, API, and database layers using MERN or Python stacks.
- Deliver end-to-end feature ownership from requirements to deployment, including code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
- Integrate AI/LLM capabilities, manage CI/CD pipelines with Docker on cloud platforms, and ensure application performance and reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of full stack web development experience.
- Expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) or Python stack (Django/FastAPI/Flask with React.js).
- Strong skills with React.js (including hooks and state management), TypeScript, Next.js, RESTful API development, and databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis).
- Must be based in Surat or willing to relocate; Work mode is Work from Office (WFO).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in independently owning full lifecycle of features in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient with modern frontend frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, CI/CD, and AI/LLM integrations.
- Comfortable leading technical discussions, mentoring juniors, and contributing to architecture and development best practices.
