Own design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications across frontend, backend, API, and database layers using MERN or Python stacks.
Deliver end-to-end feature ownership from requirements to deployment, including code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
Integrate AI/LLM capabilities, manage CI/CD pipelines with Docker on cloud platforms, and ensure application performance and reliability.
Minimum Requirements
2-4 years of full stack web development experience.
Expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) or Python stack (Django/FastAPI/Flask with React.js).
Strong skills with React.js (including hooks and state management), TypeScript, Next.js, RESTful API development, and databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis).
Must be based in Surat or willing to relocate; Work mode is Work from Office (WFO).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in independently owning full lifecycle of features in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
Proficient with modern frontend frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, CI/CD, and AI/LLM integrations.
