Lead implementation and expansion of a multi-domain Semarchy MDM platform on Snowflake, supporting master data modernization from Informatica IDMC MDM SaaS.
Manage and support Healthcare Professional and Supplier Master domains including enhancements, validation, testing, and production support.
Partner globally with business and IT teams to define scalable master data processes, governance, stewardship workflows, and resolve data quality issues.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in master data management, data governance, data quality, business analysis, or enterprise data operations.
Proficiency in SQL and experience analyzing data in Snowflake or similar cloud data platform.
Practical experience with Master Data Management solutions and data stewardship processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced working with enterprise multi-domain MDM platforms, preferably Semarchy MDM and Informatica IDMC MDM SaaS.
Demonstrated ability to lead or support MDM modernization/migration projects including business validation, testing, and user adoption.
Background in regulated environments such as medical devices, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
