Design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-native microservices using Java 17+, Spring Boot, Docker, and Kubernetes on AWS/EKS.
Own technical design, architecture reviews, platform standards, and contribute to technology roadmaps for secure and resilient services.
Implement and optimize REST APIs, event-driven and asynchronous communication services while ensuring observability, automated testing, CI/CD, and performance tuning.
Minimum Requirements
7-10 years software development experience with strong Java and Spring Boot expertise.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, cloud security, IAM, and monitoring.
Proficient in designing enterprise microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architectures using Kafka, SQS/SNS, etc.
Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL/Aurora, Redis/Valkey, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions), and automated testing frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enterprise-grade, large-scale distributed systems with strong architectural skills and leadership in technical design discussions.
Familiar with cloud-native platform engineering, including multi-tenant SaaS and AWS Well-Architected Framework best practices.
Skilled in observability platforms (CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus) and advanced Kubernetes ecosystem (operators, service mesh technologies).
