Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines supporting customer experience (CX) survey data (e.g., CSAT, NPS) for reporting and automation.
Integrate and transform data across multiple sources including Redshift and Qualtrics to ensure scalable, secure delivery for CX analytics platforms.
Maintain data quality, lineage, monitoring, and support Agile development practices to enhance platform reliability and integrity.
Minimum Requirements
4–6 years of experience in Data Engineering and Analytics.
2–3 years hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services such as Redshift, Snowflake, S3, Lambda, Glue.
Strong skills in SQL, Python, Shell scripting, and large-scale data pipeline development.
Location requirement: India; Work Experience Required: 4-6 years in relevant domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in working within Agile or rapid application development environments.
Familiar with RESTful APIs, open API development, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
Background or experience with travel data is a strong plus but not mandatory.
