About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of Quality Engineers to ensure delivery of high-quality software products and solutions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies, including test plans and automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality throughout the software development lifecycle and drive continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in software quality assurance or quality engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven expertise in test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader who can mentor and manage quality engineering teams effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Strong technical knowledge in test automation, performance, security, and usability testing to drive quality best practices.
- Capable of strategizing and executing quality assurance processes aligned with product management and development teams across the SDLC.
