About This Role
- Lead testing activities for industrial automation software products, focusing on both automated and manual testing approaches including test case management and defect tracking.
- Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks integrating CI/CD pipelines and develop tests for APIs and interfaces using modern tools and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, manage test environments, and contribute to customer support, training, and continuous improvement efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) with minimum 60% marks.
- 6+ years of experience in test automation, integration testing, working in Agile environments with virtual platforms like VMware, Hyper-V, or Azure.
- Strong programming skills in Python, plus experience with Java, C#, PowerShell, Groovy; familiarity with automation frameworks such as Robot Framework, Selenium, and Playwright.
- Experience with industrial automation domain, specifically DCS/SCADA systems and knowledge of communication protocols like OPC UA, MODBUS, IEC61850.
