About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers delivering Nike’s internal Consumer Product & Innovation tools.
- Oversee capacity planning, sprint execution, and hands-on development with focus on cloud-native architectures and microservices.
- Partner with Principal Engineers and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of technology and software engineering experience with strong computer science fundamentals.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent professional experience.
- Hands-on expertise with cloud architecture, AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, S3), microservices, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Experience leading and developing high-performing engineering teams in Agile environments across global time zones.
