Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in coaching Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams in enterprise environments.
Skilled in stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and using Agile tools like Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.
Background in Retail or Product Engineering and certifications such as SAFe/SPC, ICAgile/ICP-ACC, or CSM/PSM preferred.
