Design, build, and operate production-grade autonomous AI agent systems integrated across an enterprise platform at scale.
Own system architecture including multi-agent orchestration, tooling, planning loops, memory, failure recovery, and integration with enterprise data layers like CMDB and Knowledge Graph.
Lead trust and safety guardrails, model integration, retrieval-grounding pipelines, and provide engineering leadership via code reviews and mentoring.
Minimum Requirements
12-15 years software engineering experience with strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience designing, shipping, and operating multi-agent autonomous AI systems in production, not prototypes.
Experience with frontier AI SDKs (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and retrieval evaluation in production environments.
Experience with full stack development technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python (preferred but not explicitly mandatory).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven technical leader with architecture ownership and history of raising code quality and mentoring on production AI practices.
Deep experience with agentic system design patterns spanning orchestration, tool use, planning loops, memory, and failure recovery.
Familiarity with integrating and optimizing frontier AI models in large-scale, enterprise AI products with operational safety and governance standards.
