Own end-to-end delivery of company's most complex, high-revenue greenfield initiatives, personally accountable for timeline and execution quality.
Lead and architect the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) framework to scale product operations and improve predictability and transparency.
Manage cross-functional dependencies between Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Commercial teams; unblock issues and escalate with recovery plans when needed.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or Product Management with at least 5 years at principal/director level.
Experience managing multi-functional, multi-million revenue impact initiatives involving Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Sales.
Proven experience designing and implementing PDLC frameworks in growth-stage or enterprise tech environments.
Bangalore-based location; Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field required.
