Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience and at least 2 years in leadership roles.
Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent advanced degree.
Mandatory knowledge of .NET, Python, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.
Experience with cloud-native applications, microservices, distributed systems, and engineering best practices; familiarity with tools like Kafka, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Splunk, AppDynamics, Jira.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to lead engineering teams with a strong mix of technical leadership and people management skills in a complex, regulated environment.
Experience driving AI-assisted software engineering initiatives including use of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI governance frameworks.
