Provide first-line monitoring, ticket triage, and troubleshooting support for Cisco enterprise network infrastructure.
Execute routine network changes, investigate and resolve network incidents end-to-end, and maintain network performance and security.
Communicate technical findings clearly to customers, project managers, and service engineers, ensuring high-quality user support.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of IT, network support, service desk, or network operations experience with ticketing and monitoring tools.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, EIGRP, BGP, HSRP, NAT, ACL, switching protocols, F5 LTM load balancing, and Riverbed WAN optimization.
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting commands and network monitoring tools, with ability to identify issues in switching and routing protocols.
Work Experience Required: 3+ years in relevant roles.
