Monitor, detect, analyze, investigate, and support remediation of cybersecurity events using SOC procedures and tools across endpoints, networks, cloud, and identities.
Leverage AI/Generative AI tools responsibly to assist investigations, summarize evidence, improve detection, and reduce analyst effort while maintaining human oversight.
Collaborate with engineering, incident response, and business teams globally to improve detection logic, SOC processes, and cybersecurity technologies.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Cybersecurity or related area with 2 years' intrusion analysis experience at a technology/retail/data-driven company OR 4 years' intrusion analysis experience without degree.
Approximately 4–6 years of relevant SOC or cybersecurity operations experience.
Hands-on experience with EDR, SIEM (Azure Sentinel/Microsoft Sentinel, Google Chronicle preferred), SOAR, email security, firewall, IPS technologies, and investigative skills across Windows/Linux.
Practical exposure to AI/GenAI cybersecurity tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini and ability to apply responsibly in workflows.
