Design and implement privacy-preserving AI architectures and federated learning systems for consumer devices at scale.
Develop consumer-facing features such as explainable AI interfaces, transparency controls, and privacy dashboards to enhance customer trust and control over AI experiences.
Address technical challenges including latency vs. privacy trade-offs, AI safety at scale, multimodal AI systems, and real-time evaluation of model outputs for safety, accuracy, and bias.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience (non-internship).
At least 2 years of experience in system design or architecture, including design patterns, scalability, and reliability.
Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
Work Experience Required: 3+ years in Video Games Industry supporting title development, release, or live operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building privacy-first, trustworthy AI systems balancing innovation with customer trust and safety.
Capable of designing distributed, scalable systems handling multimodal AI inputs with privacy-preserving techniques.
