About This Role
- Own the AI product roadmap from discovery to scale, focusing on AI solutions for retailer productivity and profitability.
- Translate retailer pain points into actionable product requirements and build MVPs to validate AI-driven ideas.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to launch and scale AI products, measuring impact and reporting progress to the Founder.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience in building and scaling technology products.
- Strong background in Product Management, 0-to-1 product building, Founder’s Office, or Product Strategy.
- Proven understanding of Generative AI and modern AI product development.
- Experience working closely with engineering and data teams.

- Experienced in developing AI-first products or LLM-powered applications with clear product-market fit.
- Strategic thinker able to balance speed, impact, and complexity in product prioritization.
- Comfortable working directly with founders and in ambiguous, early-stage startup environments with high ownership.
