About This Role
- Develop and implement AI/ML and data analytics solutions to improve aircraft performance and operational efficiency.
- Apply advanced machine learning, statistical, and deep learning techniques across aircraft health management, manufacturing, automation, and supply chain domains.
- Mentor junior data scientists and collaborate internationally to drive AI technology adoption and project execution.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in AI software development and data analytics with expertise in building/deploying GenAI/LLM powered solutions.
- Proven hands-on experience managing end-to-end machine learning lifecycles including data pipelines, training, deployment, and monitoring.
- No visa sponsorship; relocation within India offered based on eligibility; position located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

- Strong research and development background focused on innovative AI-driven aerospace solutions.
- Experience with scalable AI/ML system design, including large language models and MLOps practices.
