Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-powered products, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support within the TTS Analytics team.
Apply Generative AI techniques (prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning) and deep learning to solve client experience and operational business problems using diverse data sources (unstructured and structured).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, business, data, operations) to translate ambiguous problems into actionable AI solutions while ensuring risk compliance and producing clear technical documentation.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 8 years of relevant Data Science experience including at least 2 years in Generative AI solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, transformer architectures, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques.
Proficiency with ML/DL frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face ecosystem, and knowledge of MLOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
Master’s degree preferred in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in shipping AI-enabled products to production in an agile environment, especially within financial services domain focused on client experience and operations.
Comfortable working with both structured and unstructured data sets, integrating multiple analytical approaches and AI methods.
