Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in IT, preferably in business-facing technology, product management, workplace or manufacturing technology, or service delivery.
Practical knowledge of end-user workplace technology and manufacturing systems/applications.
Working knowledge of AI and automation concepts; experience with technology governance, cybersecurity, change management, and financial planning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in product management and business relationship management within manufacturing or operational technology environments.
Strong ability to translate stakeholder requirements into actionable technology/product plans and drive measurable business value.
Skilled in coordinating across cross-functional teams, vendors, and service providers to achieve delivery and quality objectives in complex manufacturing IT settings.
