Lead and manage a team responsible for build, release engineering, source code administration, and sandbox tooling for large-scale systems, including JUNOS and EVO platforms.
Define and execute architecture, scalability, reliability, and automation strategy for enterprise-wide CI/CD, SCM, and sandbox platforms while remaining technically hands-on.
Drive DevSecOps practices, AI/ML-driven automation, high standards for pipeline availability/performance/security, and lead incident management and continuous improvement efforts.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field.
15-20 years experience in build/release engineering, source code administration, or infrastructure engineering with increasing leadership responsibility and technical engagement.
5+ years managing or leading engineering teams while actively contributing to code, design reviews, or production troubleshooting.
Proven expertise with enterprise-scale CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), source code management systems (Gerrit, SVN, Gitlab, Github), and supply chain security practices including SBOM and VEX management; role based onsite primarily in HPE office.

Senior engineering leader combining hands-on technical depth in CI/CD, source code management, and build infrastructure with team leadership and strategic roadmap execution.
Experienced operating in complex, multi-repository, large-scale system environments, able to influence cross-functional initiatives and set organizational DevSecOps standards.
Familiar with AI/ML automation, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and capable of managing high-availability, security-critical pipeline systems with direct code and infrastructure contributions.
