Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise business management reporting capabilities that provide actionable insights to institutions, advisors, and internal teams.
Translate product strategy into actionable requirements, manage the product backlog, and drive cross-functional execution with Product, Data Engineering, Technology, UX, and Business teams to deliver AI-enabled, scalable reporting solutions.
Partner with data platform and engineering teams to ensure reliable data pipelines, governed data assets, and semantic layer alignment with enterprise data strategy, supporting adoption and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of experience in product management or product ownership within data, analytics, reporting, or enterprise platform environments.
3+ years of experience with enterprise reporting or analytics platforms including dashboarding and data visualization.
3+ years of experience partnering with data engineering or data platform teams on data pipelines, ingestion, transformation, and semantic modeling.
Experience operating within agile delivery frameworks and managing product backlogs, translating business objectives into clear product requirements and user stories.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading cross-functional initiatives involving technology, data, UX, and business stakeholders in data-intensive or financial services environments, especially wealth management.
Skilled in analytical thinking, data-driven decision making, AI-enabled product features, and roadmap prioritization with high personal accountability.
Comfortable working with AI-enhanced reporting solutions and familiar with tools or concepts like Tableau, semantic layer design, or automation to improve reporting insights and delivery efficiency.
