Identify and qualify potential real estate development opportunities through market scanning, preliminary site assessments, zoning reviews, and financial feasibility analysis.
Conduct rapid desktop financial assessments including development costs, revenue projections, cash flow, and investment metrics to prioritize leads for detailed studies.
Oversee and coordinate detailed feasibility studies and business planning stages, managing consultant inputs and synthesizing findings for client approval, while maintaining a comprehensive opportunity pipeline.
Minimum Requirements
8-12 years of experience in real estate development, investment analysis, or opportunity assessment with a proven track record in lead identification and preliminary feasibility.
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, Urban Planning, Architecture, or Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
Proficient in financial modeling and Excel for rapid deal-level assessments.
Location requirement: On-site in Bengaluru, Karnataka or Mumbai, Maharashtra.
