Manage end-to-end Record to Report operations including General Ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting ensuring compliance with relevant policies and standards.
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close and reporting activities, analyze financial results, and investigate variances.
Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, internal controls, fixed asset and intercompany accounting, support audits, coordinate process improvements and automation initiatives, and manage stakeholder relationships and team development.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years experience in General Ledger, Record to Report, or Financial Accounting functions.
Preferred experience in Shared Services, Global Business Services, or Business Process Outsourcing environments.
Educational qualification: CA / CMA / CA Inter preferred; Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP; experience with ERP systems and financial consolidation/reporting tools preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing full-cycle R2R processes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments such as Shared Services or GCCs.
Operationally strong with expertise in financial controls, compliance, audit coordination, and process automation.
Capable of leading teams, driving process improvements, and handling multiple concurrent priorities under tight deadlines.
