Provide high-quality, responsive technical support to State Street executives, executive assistants, and Board of Directors across desktop, mobile, Microsoft 365, and AV technologies.
Manage onsite End User Computing operations including device lifecycle, user support, asset tracking, and onboarding to ensure consistent IT service delivery.
Lead escalation resolution, mentor team members, maintain audit controls in a regulated environment, and contribute to operational readiness and future tech direction.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years total IT industry experience with 8+ years providing hands-on technical support directly to senior executives.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows desktop, Mac OS, Microsoft 365 Suite administration, and collaboration tools like Zoom and MS Teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; experience with ServiceNow ticketing system; hybrid work location in Mumbai.
