Lead definition and execution of evaluation strategies for FPGA prototypes and automotive networking ASICs from bring-up through validation and release readiness.
Develop and maintain test and automation software in C and Python for instrument control, data acquisition, and report generation.
Drive root-cause investigations and collaborate across teams to ensure product and system requirements are met with documented technical recommendations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
4+ years of experience in design evaluation, silicon validation, product engineering, or comparable role.
Proficiency in C and Python with experience in test automation and embedded software development.
Experience with FPGA prototype evaluation and bench validation or characterization of ASICs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated expertise in hardware/software integration and structured debugging across silicon, firmware, and system boundaries.
Strong knowledge of Ethernet and automotive networking protocols, including serial interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART).
Experience leading technical direction and mentoring engineers in complex evaluation environments with multidisciplinary teams.
